London Fashion Weekend 2013.. it left us pretty speechless. A thirty minutes catwalk seemed to last two minutes, as the models walked by and inspired us with rich fur, satin fabrics and Kat Maconie heels. The trend catwalk styled by Pandora Lennard was a showcase of the best of British talent, with amongst the designers Giles Dacon, Julien Macdonald, Ashish, .. Inspired we were by the four key trends for the Autumn Winter season 2013.
“Every fashion capital has it own trends and the one’s I’ve chosen here are those I feel most apparent in London. They’re massively diverse, from 80’s candy colours to rich animal print and graphic 70s geometry.”- Pandora Lennard
Back to Nature was my absolute favourite out of the four trends. Relive the catwalk show with me and tell me what is your favourite trend for the upcoming seasons.

Influenced by the 80's film Pretty in Pink, the AW catwalks feautured pink in all its hues as a big colour story. From Antipodium and John Rocha to PPQ, Roksanda Ilincic and Simone Rocha. Look out for this key look across a range of fabrics from sheer to textual. - LFW
Back to Nature
Designers including Erdem, Mary Katranzou, Michael van der Ham and Mulberry all went back to nature in their AW13 collections. Expect camouglafe, faux fur, feather prints, tree prints, autumnal colours, rich browns and mossy greens. - LFW
Shape up
Last season's big geometric look continues adding coulour and excitement to winter. Designers including Holly Fulton, House of Holland, Matthew Williamson and Temperley went retro featuring a range of psychedelic 70's wallpaper style prints. - LFW
Victoriana
Winter's penchant for the gothic fuses Victorian austerity with subtle femininity. Designers including Armani, Chanel and Preen showed predominantly monochrome collections with lots of delicate lace, high collars and capes all topped off with a glimpse of skin. - LFW
